Embark on a deep heart-opening journey!

Mantra, music, your breath and your movements will open a field of consciousness that allows for deep insights and learning, and for deep relaxation and stillness. An Asana Flow with live music will prepare you for the deep ‘Active Consciousness Meditation’ followed by a relaxing healing sound journey.

Punnu and Adrian have been teaching together in retreats and workshops over several years, and this workshop will be created out of the vast experience they both have in holding space for heart-opening ceremonies.
